AHP es una metodología que permite la toma científica de decisiones en situaciones complejas caracterizadas por la consideración de múltiples escenarios, actores y criterios, tanto tangibles como intangibles. Los conceptos básicos han sido introducidos de una forma sencilla y clara, idónea para que puedan ser entendidos fácilmente tanto por los líderes como por los estudiantes. Además contiene ejemplos y situaciones prácticas sobre la toma de decisiones que podrían ser de gran ayuda para el lector.
